Please select the food items needed here. Only (1) member of a household can apply. A pantry assistant will contact you to verify pickup date and time. If you choose to cancel the request, please email us right away to anointedwordchurch@yahoo.com. There no fees required. The applicant must be the pickup person and must provide a valid drvier lic# ID or Personal identification ID# matching the application.

Step 1: Submit Application
Step 2: Answer the phone or response to Email with a Yes about Pick-up time.
Step 3: Pick-up Food & Be Blessed
